basically I thought if BLoSC was a few years into the future,

Mira would be Queen Mira of Tangea,
Buzz would be Admiral,
Booster Lieutenant,
XR gets an upgrade. (kinda like Eve from Wall-E) and of course, Little Green Men (LGM) to service XR.
Hamm would be a robot pig- financial liason to Mira.

Rex is a space cadet, from a Dinosaur planet, so he needs the helmet on at all times to breathe special air. He's apprentice to Booster.

Woody and Jessie are assigned to Buzz's squad- or rather work with him.
+ Woody's pose is him saying "Reach for the Sky!" or in this context "Reach for the Statosphere!" (or something like that aha) his waistbelt- well you know what that's from ehe
+ I decided to make Jessie a little "alien" with pointed ears and hair inspired by Ani from the Crash Nebula special from Fairly OddParents.

I tried to incorporate a little of the US Navy uniforms and rankings into their clothes.

oh and of course, in the background is Evil Emperor Zurg, sworn enemy of the Galactic Alliance- but like, upgraded to look and be more bad-ass aha.
