I'm really impressed with pretty much everything about this piece of work. You have a really good eye for the proportion of people and, to me, you've managed to change Atem into a monsterous version of himself without taking away from the original design. I like that you've been sparing with red, as alot of the more hell- based images forces too much red and black into a picture that doesn't need it.
Love the stitches; the cracks in his face creep the hell out of me(Thats a good thing), but is the ear up a bit high??
A very, very scary drawing of Demon Atemu, maybe the scariest so far. I think the close up is really good, since the drawing is based on his expression. The lighting is beautiful, the red background really fits too.
About the hair.... just beautiful. It almost looks like real hair. I like it that the red tips aren't bright, but a bit dull.
The mouth is awesome, the scars look real, the skin looks perfect, and the sketchy shading lines (which you always use in your pictures) really don't bother me at all.
In one word: Amazing work!
