In the first link (it's a download of a pdf) if you go to page 6-10 (of the PDF not actual page numbers) that's Exhibit 1, what Saban is getting pending court approval. They are basically getting the CW4kids programming/broadcasting block.
After is Exhibit 2, which lists what Konami is getting, basically the yugioh license (including 5D's S2-3, the 2003 pyramid of light and the yugioh 3D movie, (Cherry lane) yugioh 4kids soundtracks, international merchandise, the card game (hurp), yugioh DM, GX, 5D's and ZEXAL broadcasting/license etc and also on page 51 (of the pdf) Konami gets the lease to 4kids' HQ in New York (this lease expires June 30th, 2017).
It looks like Pajanimals, Viva Pinata, and Thundercats (lol what) were unwanted by both parties?
All of this is pending court so we have to wait until June 20th for it to be all set…

I think uncut and/or dual-audio releases would be more likely than far less profitable redubs at this point, though. We'll see what they do with it, but I have a feeling redubs might not happen after all.
Also doesn't Toei Animation have a contract with Funimation? It is the same company that help distribute the Yu-gi-oh dvds.
know lots of people critize Yu-gi-oh as a kids show, but if they saw the game of darkness they would change their tune really quick. All they would have to do is air brush Seto's hair brown and change the characters scheme and such and not show some parts of the series unless they make it un cut.
Hmm I guess at Comic Con I can ask them about it. Oh yes gonna find out what Komami is planning with Yu-ig-oh.
